Greetings! Tis I your littlest homie, and favorite Gnomie. Doctor Stumbleduck Wetnoodle Brown. What a pickle we found ourselves in that mine. What started off as just a spooky uneasy place to be, quickly became a spooky uneasy place to possibly die. 😯 we were resting after our previous journey into the mine. When along came one of those really pretty elves. I don't know much about him but my keen intellect and attention to detail tells me that he used to be in a boy band. Possibly set out now to try a solo career. I hope his dance moves are better than his skills with an instrument. He must think we're a band too because he was very excited to join up with us. Although can't say I blame him we are pretty awesome sauce people. Except the flying devil. She still frightens me. Back into the mine we went, exploring we did go. Not much to tell at first. The 2 big guys almost smooshed me several times. They just run around smashing things with very little regard for who might just be walking around or using the bathroom. We did however encounter a large unusual worm. After it was slain, the giant cut it open and started digging through its entrails. I puked a little bit in my mouth. He did find some golden gut nuggets though. He handed one to me, and I almost puked again but I took it. When a giant hands you something, it would be unwise to refuse. We then searched a little bit more of the mine, and that's when trouble began. Several more of those "Not ghosts" appeared. Of course the giant and the other big people all derp derp derp rushed forward trying to smash these things. Great folks and brave to the last. However not incredibly bright. The smashing and yelling and fighting these "not ghosts" went on forever. Really I counted. It was looking very dire indeed. Our giant got his noggin clocked pretty hard. Which i imagine it's a very tough noggin to clock. Even the boy band got knocked out. Or perhaps he partook in to many zimas. Yet somehow we did prevail. A lot battered and alot bruised... well them not me. I know better to stay in back away from the ouchies. But we did it. Now we are back outside camping again. We're going to go back in the mine again tomorrow. Hopefully without any more drama. Stumbleduck out.
