I’m putting Sarsaparilla through War College with the hopes of fully training her to be my Light War Horse once she’s graduated. At the end of the last session, I spent a time unit to train her to Guard. That’s 1 of the 6 tricks under Combat Riding - the others being Attack, Come, Defend, Down and Heel.
In the Living Greyhawk Campaign Sourcebook (page 13 - first column *sniff & push glasses up higher on my nose*), purchased animals come with one trick per point of INT. With Sarsaparilla having an INT of 2 - would it be within reason to have shopped around for my ideal and faithful Sarsaparilla to have been already taught Come & Heel?

Does this mean Sir William Pony the Great can be trained as well? Or only big horses?
